Exchange Policy

At Salezone, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect or has a size/fit issue where exchange is available, you may request an exchange subject to the conditions below.

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within the specified exchange period after delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn and in its original condition.

  • Original packaging, tags, labels and accessories should be intact.

  • Products damaged due to improper use may not be eligible for exchange.

  • Some products or categories may not be eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange, contact our customer support with your order details and the reason for exchange. Our team may verify the product before approving the request.

Once approved, the replacement product will be shipped subject to availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, an alternative resolution may be offered.
